First time there got a mani pedi. The best pedi I have ever had. Prices are reasonable. The only con was the chairs could use some updating they didn't work that great. Will be a repeat customer.

Wonderful first time experience, 2nd time... SUCKED. I was rushed thru (and they made sure to let me know this) since Sophia has a tight schedule. Sophia did a great job. Afterwards is what irked me. I was sitting waiting for my nails to dry, my 10 year old daughter (who is VERY sweet and mild mannered) was touching a Christmas decoration on top of the nail drying station. The lady with short hair made a scene and scolded her for touching the decoration. Mind you this was right in front of me, all my daughter was doing was seeing how the fake berries felt by running her fingers over them. No pulling, no lifting, no being disrespectful of other's property, just touched it. And the lady scolded her! While everyone looks at us. I walked out. My daughter was in tears. VERY rude & unprofessional. I was going to be a loyal client to Sophia, not now. RUDE RUDE RUDE! My $ will be much better spent elsewhere.
