I came in to get my nails done with my niece. I had one request…I just wanted normal nail polish, no dip, gel, etc because I have to turn around and get my nails done again in a month for a business meeting. The nail tech used gel anyway. I know it’s because gel cost more and they would get a bigger tip if they charge me more. Had they honored my request they would have found that they would have received a generous tip regardless of my polish choice. If I feel the need to enter a nail salon while I’m at this mall again I will certainly select a different salon because they are certainly not the only option at this mall, they aren’t even the only option in the wing of the mall that they are in. Hope the extra couple bucks was worth any future patronage.

Decided to stop in and get my nails done EPIC Fail!! my first impression was why is this place so filthy? I should have removed myself at that moment against my better judgement I stayed and got Service by someone who had no clue what she was doing let’s just call her number 5 I suffered through her speedy and inexperience I had to return twice because my gel polish kept peeling off never experience such unprofessionalism needless to say my polish has once again peeled off and my nails are chipping after two days I will never return to this unclean disgusting establishment and I probably will reach out to state board.

What I asked for, versus what I got, $85 later. If your regular nail tech isn't there don't settle for anyone else because they have no idea what they're doing.
She even had the nerve to tell me "they're so pretty" when I told her she's not putting the rhinestones on correctly.
I ended up going home and taking it off then putting the rhinestones on myself.... Yes after paying $85.
I wasn't going to make a scene after she had finished about the price she was charging me. Just get out of there as fast as you can.
And they stole my photo of what I wanted and added it to their website as if it was what they actually did which is a lie.... stolen photo

I loveeeeeee it this place!!!! Taylor is amazing working with my nails!!! We have a great time and she’s always so happy for help you. She’s very professional ,creative and I can tell she’s very passion at work!!! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 absolutely I’ll be back soon !!! (2 weeks) muchas gracias familia!!!

Not my usual place. $35 to get a toe infection. Do not come here, you will get an infection they do not spray with alcohol they are not clean at all!!!!!! Health department to be called. I called them, they refuse to let me speak to a manager Oglethorpe is my closest mall here in South Carolina! Don’t come here if you don’t want to go to the hospital for a toe nail infection.
