A friend recommended this place ,so I Went on Monday for pedicure and decided for manicure also the lady that did pedicure didn't cut or shape toe nails! But she sure did a great job of cutting my big toe while removing cuticles with cuticle cutter, she did not even say anything.she sprayed some stuff but keeps bleeding. No apology..at all.Then had calullas remover added. She scubbed maybe 2 seconds.she started manicure same thing no nail cutting or shaping she did not file or smooth before nail polish, was not even covering while nail.think my 2yr, better under stands the manicure process! Yes I am aware prices are reasonable but great price always gets you in the end. Quality of service has really gone down. Yes $18 pedicure nice $10 manicure nice but quality just do not show. If they don't want to do their job right then charge by they know ,NONETHING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,RIDE AND LAZY

Bad customer service. The nail tech Nina is a mean spirited vindictive woman. They change prices per customer. Don't go there. Save ur money

I'm giving more stars because the girl's here do amazing work (:
On the other hand, the guy here didn't do my nails good at all. I was the last customer, I felt like my nails were rushed. It was only until i got home, I seen 3 nails are lumpy/bumpy.
I felt like i was being rushed, and my nails came out ugly.
3 are visually lumpy, but i couldn't tell until I got home to closely inspect my nails.
Going to another nail place to get a fill, if I do decide to come back here.
He won't be doing my nails ever again.
I'll just stick with the owner, who does beautiful work 💗

The quality of the work really depends on who does your nails, there are some new girls there that are no good. Also it seems that their prices keep going up, and the wait is usually long.

The workers were rude and my nails came out terrible. I had to keep telling the lady about everything that was messy and ugly on them to the point where she just gave up. My nails look clumpy, uneven, and are wayyy too thick to even begin to look good. I hate them.
