I wish I had just gone to Walmart as my mom suggested!!! My eyebrows were arched crooked, she was just rushing me, she didn't take the time with my nails and I was very uncomfortable during the process bc she was working around my pedicure. Then I had to walk around barefoot bc they were out of flip flops ! I was visiting Albany and decided to try them out, I wish I never had! Then they have the nerve to charge me $1 for using my debit card after she told me they stopped doing that. All in all I was not satisfied with anything I had done, even my toe polish got messed up bc I had to put my sandals back on due to them being out of flip flops 😔😡😡

Very nice staff, considerate, friendly, and willing to accomodate physical limitations.

I think the nail tech was mad that he had to work and not take his nap. He basically threw some nails on me charged me for gel though he only used the polish. Overall the nails did not look great and I was though I was charged a great amount. I wish people didn't take advantage of people who aren't regulars.

Underwhelmed to say the least... and I will just leave it at that. Please consider other options!
