The staff is so friendly and they don't forget your face. They are fast but they don't beautiful work. I have been going here for years and so does my grandmother.

I really did not like my nails I got dip, I got them done last week on a Sunday and during the week my nails where already messed up and I had to go get them fixed but I did not go back here it was my first time doing them there and it will be the last

I visited the nail salon today to have my nail polish and eyebrows waxed. The wife normally does my services for me because the husband does a poor job. She must have been in a rush today. My nails are short however she didn’t even file them so I let that slide. As my nails are drying this lady goes in the back and bring back the wax . I asked her where is the powder or oil to cleanse and prep my eyebrows. She said it’s okay however I’m burnt and the eyebrows are uneven with long hairs needed to be cut. I had the WALMART door keeper to look at them and I took a picture of them. Well, I’m upset so I go back in to inform her of the services that I paid for and left a four dollars tip. I explain how disappointed I was about the services. We went in the back because my eyebrows where burning so she put cooling gel on both brows. This made things worse so I told her to stop. She proceeded to fix one of my smeared nail however I couldn’t stay because my eyebrows were on fire. I came home and put some Bactine and Vaseline in them. They did not offer me my money back or anything. Poor customer service, poor communication and burnt eyebrows is what I received today. I would love my money however I want be doing business there again. I wish I could give them a zero .

The whole entire staff is so kind, and friendly! The service I receive here is consistently phenomenal! Everyone really takes their time to make every experience relaxing! My nails and toes always look amazing each time I come, and I see no reason to go anywhere else!!!!

The employees there are very rude, ignorant, and unprofessional! Today I was simply at the Wal-Mart to visit my bank but on my way to the restroom, three black employees made rude, childish comments about me and laughed, loud and commonly as I passed. These are the type of people who should work at a liquor store, it a place as classy as Regals. Having these type of people as employees will surely lead to a lost of customers. Take this advice from me, because I own 2 businesses! Some women just have no respect whatsoever!
