I travel from Durham to Raleigh for Love Nails services. Ginny has been my technician for over a decade. I will follow her to the moon. She is attentive and directive. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Loves Nails exclusively for over 3 years. Terry does the best gel fill. Plenty of time and care goes into her warm and friendly service.

Prices have increased with new ownership but quality is still here. Not ranking 5 stars because of the Christian music playing during service.

My friend and I came in for gel polish based on a recommendation. I had a male tech and she had a female tech, who did a great job. The two stars are based on my experience alone. My tech consistently made me uncomfortable throughout and did a very shoddy job with the gel. He left a large gap between my cuticle and the polish, and did not use the right type of light to dry the polish. A supervisor noticed him doing it incorrectly so he apologized and offered me 20% off. However, I was charged for a manicure, not just a polish change, so I still ended up paying more than I should have. My gels literally snagged and fell off within three days. Super disappointed.
