I was there a while back. Very unprofessional!
Child there cries when I’m trying to relax and an older boy there was bouncing a ball. I think they own the place because no one ever said anything to the boy about bouncing the ball or even comforted the little girl.
The lady that was there gave me a nice pedicure and it was nice until the children came around. It’s more like a daycare center than a relaxing nail place.
I’m a man, and yes I get pedicures but I sure as hell won’t be returning to this place.
So if you like a crying kid and balls bouncing around you’re welcome to come and get a stressful pedicure or manicure. I didn’t want to be rude to ask the boy to stop bouncing his ball because apparently he owned the place and I’m not important enough as a paying customer.
I won’t be a returning customer. There are plenty of nail shops on every corner of the Fox Valley.

Every time I’ve gone here they either don’t use the right color, turn out messy, or I get cuts all over my hands. More specifically, the last time I went was at 5:30 on a Saturday and they don’t close until 7pm. When I showed up the man was trying to lock up, I was surprised he still let me in anyway. He seemed ticked off and was rushing to get my nails done the entire time, cut my hands in three places, didn’t even use a topcoat, and he overcharged me. The polish turned out bubbly and messy, and I will NEVER go back to that terrible establishment again. You do NOT treat your paying customers that way, and I should NOT have left that place in tears from such horrible service. If I could report the man, I would.

Terrible Experience! I got my nails done for my son’s wedding and the gel nails turned white. I had to go back the morning of the wedding and they made me feel like it was my fault and I did not use any chemicals or do anything to cause this. They redid my nails and a day later they turned white as well it was a waste of money.

after trying almost every nail salon in the Fox Valley, this is the only place I will get my nails done! Reasonably priced, friendly service, and my nails are always done exactly the way I like them. I've never had a nail chip or lift even when I go 4 weeks in between fills. Highly recommend!!
