Didnt clean up my cuticles, didnt cover my whole nail.. looked like I needed a fill. The lady was rude when I asked her to fix it and charged me more. I showed them a picture of a french manicure with sqaure nails and I got a pointed freaking nail. Terrible experience

Granddaughter wanted her nails done. But it was easter Sunday. They were only place opened. Not very friendly. Visit was 1 hour 20 min.

Went in for basic manicure. Clean up of cuticles was barely average at best, painting was bad & too thick. My thumb cuticle was nicked to where it bled. She put antiseptic on it & continued; I thought it was fine until i looked down as she was applying the top coat and saw it had bled into the paint. The top coat she applied to it streaked it in; she wiped the brush on a paper towel then continued! I was freaked out about that and left. Wont be back.
