My pedicure was well done and the owner was polite, but here are the issues I sited as to why this nail salon got only 3 stars:
1. Sanitation was not a priority. The massage chairs were obviously used and as one client got up, another was directed to a chair that had nail dust or some other particles on it.
2. My acrylic was quite basic and started chipping the day after I visited. I kept telling the man who did my nails that the layer was too thin but he insisted that he had been doing this for years. As someone paying their money, I expect it to be well spent.
3. The nail salon felt cheap - it serviced man, therefore it lacked the atmosphere necessary to feel like one was being pampered.

Solar Nails used to be a 5 star place to visit and now if I could honestly give it less than 0 stars I would. Management is terrible, The turnover on the employees is even worse. Most recently I went in for a pedicure with my wife. I ended up sitting in the water for 25 mins without anything ever being done. The woman who did my wife's pedicure was rude to say the least. I will not be spending any more money here.

I have been going to this salon since Ana took it over from Kevin. Customers at my job are always complimenting how beautiful my nails so I send them to Ana. Not one of them has complained about any of the services they received there. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails & Ana will always do them for me. Keep up the great work Ana!!

I have been going here for years, even before Ms. Ana was here. But i love this place so much. They have outstanding customer service, they have outstanding prices. Ms. Ana always does my nails how i want, but better. I would highly reccomend this place.

Worst experience ever!!!There was black residue floating in my water they are not very clear. The nail tech had the nerve to blow her nose in her shirt and proceeds to try and do my nails without even washing her hands and she tired to but I was not having that. Then the owner still charge me for my Pedicure. I even waiting to mention the whole situation until after the customers left not wanting to make a scene. I didn't even want my nails done after that experience. I will never I mean never go there again!!! Worst bday present I ever had.
