J.C.Penney my favorite store. Am so sorry they closed a lot of their stores. I have to go to the Mentor Mall now. I will because the deals are great, the quality of the clothes is excellent. I have never been mistreated everyone has been very nice and kind to me. They help me with saving tips also. I truly miss the catalog department. I did a lot of shopping with the catalog 😁😊 . Love this store but didnt find what i went in to look for. Tried finding a ty baby for my sensory seeking son who only likes certain textures and they had no ty baby only the older ones!
