If I could give them ZERO stars I WOULD. Third time is usually the charm but after my third visit and the customer service declining each time, I've decided I will NEVER step foot in this tacky, poor excuse for a salon EVER again. From the moment I walked in the nail tech that offered to help me was extremely rude, starting by complaining about the selection colors I chose from, the nail shape I chose and the length I wanted. When she could not deter me from getting what I wanted by PRICE GOUGING, she proceeded to tell me that they don't deal with or do certain types of nails and further insulting me by accusing me of being rude when I questioned her about it. If you're going to be a full service salon you should be able to provide your customers with what they want not what they feel like doing that day. My final experience here was dreadful.

I really disliked there wait time and If you don't have an appointment they make you wait for hours. They even let the regular customers come in when they like and take them before they take you. I truly dislike that. But I guess that's the way they run there business.👎🏾👎🏻🤷🏼♀️🤷🏾♀️👎🏾I ended up going elsewhere and I’m glad that I did. I truly love my nails.

Worst customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. The prices are low and so is their customer service. Not worth it if you ask me.
