The service is great. Kim, the owner, is very professional and accommodating. The shop is clean and well-organized with all the products that you need to get the job done that you want. I've been patronizing the shop for over 10 years after relocating to Montgomery from Michigan and I couldn't be happier with the service that I have received during this time. I have a standing every two weeks with Kim. She's the best!

I only come here for the waxing so unfortunately, I can't speak for how their nail service is. Regarding the brows though, they do pretty decent: brush them, wax them, pluck any stray hairs then trim the longer awkward strands remaining afterwards. My eyebrows are kind of thick and they make them look good for my taste!

I gave the lady my nail polishes and told her what I wanted. Sat down and started, I started having a conversation with the woman sitting next to me, I look down and she put a flower, which I didn't ask for, and then started adding in all these other colors and added swirls around it. I told her to stop that's not what I asked for. She said "oh you like" I said no I don't. This isnt what I told you to do. And she just acted like she understood nothing I said to her. So I paid $30 for something i didn't ask for and looks like a 6 year old would have done. I will never come back here.
