they did such a horrible job on my full set acrylics. she cut each and every one of my fingers to the point of them bleeding uncontrollably. she never cut my actual nails before applying the tips and didn’t shape them at all. i had nail polish EVERY WHERE. my thumb nail has been in so much pain she put too big of a nail on and it’s started to grow into my skin. i left there so unhappy considering i was getting them done for a wedding. heading to a different nail salon to get them FIXED. never will go back. ever. not to mention they were extremely rude and paid way too much.

Today I got the worst manicure I've ever had. The girl was very young and inexperienced. It was as if she was pretending to push back my cuticle and trim them and file my nails. They way she applied the polish was no better. My nails are filed unevenly and rough. The polish is sloppy and bumpy on the tips where she "patched" them. When I complained about them to the lady who seemed to be in charge, Michelle, she said they looked fine to her. I won't be back!!

All I wanted for my fortieth birthday was a pedicure. My family and I met up at Ruby Tuesday’s in Dubois, PA, and this was the only place we saw. I signed in last, and the guy escorting us back refused to let anyone let me go ahead. I was told to put my feet in the scalding water, and was left with a chair between my family and me. After about ten minutes, another guy turned on the jets. By the time someone got to me, my water was freezing cold. The guy never said a word to me. He heard a sister say that I was supposed to get the number two service. He cut my toe, and I gasped. He grabbed my foot, and glared at me. Each time he hurt me, I stayed as still as I could, but he would still glare at me. The entire experience left me in literal tears. My right foot still hurts two weeks later. As dirty as the place was, I believe that I do have an infection. I will be seeing my PCP soon.
Sadly, I may never get a pedicure again, even at my regular place.

Worst fill ever. 3 broke within the hour. I’m going to have to start from scratch now. 🤬

Being new to the area I went in and got my toes painted as a trial run. They failed horribly. I've never had anyone do such a sloppy job and I've been getting my nails done for decades. They were also very rude when asked what different services cost. I won't go back.
