Low prices, but unprofessional atmosphere. You feel like you're bothering them by asking for a hair cut. Boys and teen boys seem to always walk out with the same hair cut. My son took in a photo of what he wanted but the stylist still did it the way she wanted. He was too afraid to say anything, and I couldn't be with him because of how small the place is. Now he won't go back. I suggest they work on customer service skills . consults, and some further education .

The lady who cut my child's hair was rude. My daughter even asked why the hair dresser was mad at her. She yelled at my son and generally acted like we were annoying her because we asked for a haircut. I finally confronted her and she tried to smooth it over. But, we won't go back there.
