Went here for the first time. I was greeted by a younger lady that was very courteous and friendly. What really sets this off from other salons is that it is very modern looking with 3 flat screen tvs and the store was immaculate. Service was very prompt and they even offered me a drink. Love the way my nails look, will be coming back!

Was very uncomfortable due to staff being unwelcoming and almost rude. Cancelled manicure but let them finish pedi they had already started. The work was sloppy. Couldn't wait to get out of the place. Horrible experience.

I waited with my client over 20 minutes for her to get her nails done, the nail techs began on her nails. 2 walk ins came into the shop. I sat and waited over 30 minutes and the 2 people that walked in (after I had already been waiting) were asked what service they wanted and if they wanted to be helped. Skipping over me! I’m deeply hurt & disappointed! If I could give this company a 0-star I would. I will NEVER come here anticipating for service AGAIN!
