I hate to rate this seemingly nice family’s business so poorly. Went in today for the first time and won’t be back. Asked for a SNS manicure and only after I waited and had my current SNS taken off, did they inform me they only have gel polish, no SNS. What?! Cups the tools were in and the windows- really dirty. No pride there, take your nails somewhere else!

Great little family-owned business that spends the time to make sure the customers are happy not only with the look but the quality of the nails. I haven't been doing my own nails for years and today I was giving a gift to splurge on myself and I chose to go there since they were the only local salon open on Christmas Eve. John was very pleasant and make sure to shape my nails so that made my hand to look thinner, he picked out a beautiful color in gel polish and was very helpful and teaching me how to use the gel light machine. Needless to say I am exceptionally satisfied with the customer service and quality of product provided. I will happily come back in 2 weeks for a fill-in!

Horrible! Do not go to this shop. I have been going there for years, but within the past year I have not been satisfied with the service. Today was the last straw. The man that did my nails did not care about the way they looked. He was rushing, and I had to point out his mistakes several times. He became upset and started speaking in his language to the owner, which I am sure was about me. No worries, because I won't be going back!
