I have been coming here since they opened. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Diane and Pho always call me by name when I walk in and they always do a fantastic job.

The WORST experience ever! If ZERO stars were an option, that would be my rating! Every time I go, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth based on rude and ARROGANT comments by the lady in there but I continue to go because I can get nails done in about 30 minutes. This time I took my cousin who got a pedicure. The man who did her feet obviously could not speak English because she made requests to him that he ignored with the first being the water was scolding hot. The man was at the very last step about to put the final oil on her nails before what would normally be the paint job and he hadn’t even taken the old polish off her toes. He attempted to earlier on in the pedicure but it wouldn’t come off because it was shellac. When she attempted to tell him, he continued on as if it was nothing because he couldn’t understand English and never attempted to ask someone who did. When she got to what we know as the end, she attempted to get the attention of the younger nail tech guy to tell him the polish has not been removed and he asked “did we ever tell you we were finished”? If the polish is on and has to be DRILLED OFF wouldn’t we need to do this before the water is let out so the dirty dust isn’t back all over me? Then when she asked him to not speak to her in that tone, he pulled his mask off and asked “who are you talking to” in a very confrontational tone when she was only trying to ask about the service. He proceeded to tell her to leave and called the police on her. I have never seen these people be friendly with anyone except white women. They constantly have loud conversations about what’s good and what’s ghetto and think that if you’re not in a certain area, you’re not good enough! The most arrogant people I’ve ever encountered in a service setting. DO NOT GO HERE! And if you read their responses to negative reviews, you can sense the arrogance rather than accountability

Husband and i came in for pedicure and they did an awesome job.

This is a very good place to come to. I have never had a problem coming in and the staff is great. I will not be going anywhere else for services and that is for sure.

They are very professional and welcoming! Amazing customer service. This will be my regular salon now.
