I thought the idea behind going to a nail salon was to RELAX, silly me...
My experience was just the opposite, I wanted a particular color, and they didn't have it, so I was trying to make a decision about an alternative, and THREE techs kept harassing me and pressuring me while I was trying to make this decision. I should have just walked out at that point. And then they tried to charge me $5 more than the sign said. I used to be very happy with the service here, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

They were polite at first then I went to go sit in my seat and the lady was putting the nails on and cut them a little to short (I only stopped her at the first nail she cut she only had to replace that nail and cut them longer) she proceeds to cut them short and previously told her to cut them longer and I told her take them off and cut them longer. She took them off and was pulling my hand the entire time so I got up out of the chair and left and said I didn’t want my nails done anymore overall it was a horrible experience 🙄 sb: I’ve been her before so idk why there acting brand new

If I could leave ZERO I would. I have had not one, not two but THREE bad experiences here. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt so I gave them other chances seeing as a different person did my nails each time. First time, I picked a specific gel color, after the did a mediocre at best fill job they applied the color I told them a few times that wasn’t what I picked (it was much brighter) they said it will get darker and I insisted it was still too bright. Since I was in a rush I had to deal with it and go somewhere else to have it changed. 2nd time- I asked before sitting down if they had matte finish, they insisted they did. My fill came out better this time, basic color wasn’t bad, but then they said they ran out of matte. Being an understanding person I said it was ok and went about my way. Third time- I wanted matte again. I explained what happened last time and i wanted them to make sure they had it before we started. The lady “checked” and insisted they had it. When she was putting the finish on I said wait! I told you i want matte, she said it goes on later. I said no this is the top coat it goes on now. She kept saying no, after FOUR times total of me inquiring about it. After she was done with the top coat she said they didn’t have matte coating; without getting up to look. She knew very well from the start they didn’t have it and lied to get me in there. The paint job sucked this time too! I hate doing business with sneaky people and this nail salon is exactly that! Save your money go somewhere else!!!!!!
