Absolutely the worst manicure and pedicure I've had in my life. Waited 30 minutes even though we had an appointment. Every time I needed to change feet, they were smacked. Not like next foot please, or change please. Nails were barely trimmed and then cuticles were filed, not cut with clippers. It was so painful I wanted to scream. I didn't out of respect for not embarrassing my daughter. The scrubbing of my heels was also a painful experience. He cut a cuticle and had to apply an antiseptic.
Moving on to hand nails...let me just say that I now have hang nails created by this person on almost every finger. I was typing today, and my nails hurt. No cutting with proper cuticle scissors...just a flat filing to eah nail which created hang nails on pretty much every finger. I'm going to need to go to another salon just to repair all the sides of my nails which currently stick out from the sides. The most Absolutely inadequate disappointing and painful service I have ever received in my life. Will never go to this place again...ever!

Many daughter went in a month ago for homecoming nails and went back again this past week. She got excellent service both times! I am really impressed with this salon!

The store was more than helpful in making sure that I had exactly what I needed. They fixed my issue and I'm extremely happy now!

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they are so talented. I loved sitting next to customers to see what their nail designs look like.

I've been to the shop twice and both times they've done a great job on my nails. I had an appointment both times and I still ended up waiting while they tried to juggle more and more customers that walked in, just kind of forsaking the people with appointments. I really didn't appreciate being left to soak in the acetone forever. To me, an appointment is an appointment and it kinda hurts a business when you try to stuff more and more people in. Like I said, they did a great job on my dipping powder and I do recommend their service. Just try to book outside of peak times.
