If you want to come to a place that does not sanitize their tools and the one of the owners (I’m assuming) is eating at the front register, not in the back and spits out pieces of whatever he’s eating onto the counter then this is the place for you. Never coming back, and suggest you don’t waste your money here. Disgusting.

Love my nails and the staff are very good at what they do. They also like to create conversation.

My sister in law and I were wanting to have a spa day for the first time since I had my baby. The pedicure lasted all of 5 minutes and the staff never spoke to us other than to ask if we wanted gel a few times? I also got a manicure and the color looks nothing like it did on the example nail and the shapes are all kind of off, cuticles look a MESS... overpriced for the quality for sure.

I would give no stars if possible. My husband got me a gift card from this place, actually 3 for $60 each. So I went and got a pedicure, I was not impressed, my water was cold and the lady cut cuticle enough to make it bleed. I did not make a fuss. I gave the lady the give card, which written on a coupon. My gift card was worth $60 my service was $35. So I asked the lady how am I supposed to redeem the rest of my gift card if it is written on this paper coupon. She took a pen cross out the 60 and put $25 left on the paper. I was a little uneasy but I figured well they know their system, but then I noticed on this gift card it says it expires in 6 months. I do not understand how I can give you $60 for a gift card and you tell me if I don't come in within 6 months that you just get to have my $60. I didn't think much of it because I was prepared to come regularly. Well my husband being a husband, he continued to buy the gift cards from this place. We had a family death, and of course pedicures are not as important when dealing with death. Now I have 3 gift cards 2 for $60 and one for $25. I went to speak with the lady at the desk, to ask her how does it work, she said, yes after 6 months they expired that is their policy. How do I give you $60, and you tell me because I didn't use them within 6 months, I basically forfeited my $60 to nails 88, you were given cash and it did not lose value, it did not depreciate, it is $60 and it is still $60 in 7 months. Bottom line I would use my money elsewhere, and definitely DO NOT BUY YOUR GIFT CARDS FROM HERE, YOU ARE JUST GIVING NAILS 88 MONEY. " THEY EXPIRE"
