This was my first visit to this location. This is one of the very few nail places that had open appointments on the same day. There are a lot of manicure spots and about a handful of pedicure spots. My nail technician only said four words to me. "What you here for?" Even all these chairs, the place is pretty quiet because nobody talks to anybody . I Had a pedicure which was acceptable. Unfortunately, tools are not autoclaved here. they are stuck into a cup of blue liquid. The technician did as I asked, and the pedicure cost only $21. Aside from the technician being silent, many of the nail polishes have extra fees added to them. If you want a good nail polish like OPI there's a $2 up charge. Seems a little ridiculous that certain colors cost more. Once I was seated , for my nails to dry, at a small table, no one came back to check on me. Wasn't sure how long I was supposed to be sitting there.... eventually I left. I personally would not return here. I'm used to better service and cleaner tools.

I have been going to Joanne's for 3 years and always thought "this place is good. Reasonable prices". Most recently, I had a microdermabrasion by Cindy and pedicures be CeCe and Stephanie. I'm changing my opinion to Great! Stephanie is fantastic. Will ask for her in the future.

As always service great. Joanne does my nails...love them. I have white on white. Love this for our long summers in FL!!

If I could give less than a one star I would. The guy that was supposed to be doing my nails, as I approached him Instead is of a “hello” he said very rudely “put your phone down and don’t use your phone while I do your nails” then started speaking his language about me to the dude behind him. Worst feeling ever!!!! I got up and left and would never go back to that place I don’t care if it’s only 0.1 miles away from my house!!!!
