Update:
I went back and the guy was rude, said he wouldn't give me a refund. Said he would only fix my thumb nail that popped off and would just paint where you could see my regular nail. When i said thats not how its supposed to be done he got mad and said he wasnt redoing or giving the money back. (There is so sign that says no refund) then I just said fine can you take them off and he wanted to charge me again.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
ALSO, they replied to my post which i cant reply back but they did not help me at all when i went back so i dont believe they would help just because they replied saying they would.
So i went there yesterday and the customer services was great and everyone was nice but mine and my niece's nails were cut plus they weren't done good. Also it says $25 for a full set but when we got done he charged me $56 for 2 full sets(without gel) just because we didnt want them square(almond shape and the other one coffin shape). On their board it doesnt say anything about charging extra for different shape of nails. Our nails look like they already been on a week or so plus my thumb nail just popped off today doing absolutely nothing. Would've asked for our money back but I was in a hurry to get my son's. And went today but oddly enough they closed for the day. Going back tomorrow to see if i can get my refund and these nails off.

Appointments recommended. Even then, you may wait. Other times, no problem.
