Went to see Kathy a few times. They are not very busy so they raised their prices. $30 for a full set acrylic instead of $25, $20 for a fill instead of $20. She did an awful job. There were little air bubbles covering my nails, but she was nice so I went back to get a color change and show her the problem, well she CHARGED ME for the color change! I paid her, smiled, walked out and will NEVER return. Not the way to keep customers around :(

The hours say M-F 9a-8p, posted on the front door. It's 5:30 pm on a Wednesday, I walked up to the door and it's locked, lights off. No sign or anything, just closed. Took my business down the street to ExoNails.
