Great place to get your nails done. The staff are very friendly and nice. They do excellent work. I would highly recommend getting your nails done here.

I am giving this place two stars because I have had good service before. However, today I went in to get my nexxgen polish taken off and the woman cut me with the nail saw. While I understand mistakes happen, no one offered any compensation. They didn't even have a bandaid and I had to stop the bleeding with a paper towel. I just expected management to handle the situation better. The woman who made the mistake was apologetic but I was charged full price for getting a gash in my thumb. I will have to find a new salon.

Spent over $100 there only for the main attraction, my gel nails, to start chipping in just a couple days (picture). Nearly every nail is damaged. That was so much money for them to not even last a week.

I have been to this salon off and on for 5 years and almost everytime i have gone has been a terrible experience so i had to finally stop going. The main problem is their attitude! The majority of nail techs that i have been to at this nail salon are very rude and unwelcoming. Which makes for a very unpleasant experience especially when i am already having to pay $50.00 to get my nails done. I also had noticed they never usually asked me if i wanted something to drink but everyone else around me was getting served drinks. They have the worst customer service of any nail salon I have ever been too. There are so many other better quailty nail salons in Denton to choose from. So i decided to start going to a new nail salon and i am alot happier.

They do great work but the scheduling is garbage. I made an appointment twice to see a specific person and each time I was asked to wait more than 25 mins. I love how my nails turn out but it's disrespectful to not keep appointments... other people have told me about similar experiences.
