Horrible experience, unprofessional staff and overpriced. They not only take forever even on a slow day, but i had a nail tech cut my fingers with her file several times, and when i complained she told me to “relax” and it was my fault because my hands arent relaxed enough. I guess she would have preferred i not flinch while my skin is being butchered. When i asked her to just simply remove the nails off my hand she told me that is $10 extra so i left and won’t be wasting time or money going back. Its also very hot in there and they take hours to do a simple acrylic.

I had a great experience. I'm from out of town. Their customer service was great and service was fast, but I would have had no problem waiting for them. Their prices were absolute reasonable. They explained what they charge you . Nails art is great there as well.

This place was packed which is always a good sign! I would recommend making an appointment here. Everybody was pleasant and the nail tech my sister and I got was professional and did great work. I got SNS nails and I could not be happier with the results. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to this nail shop for almost 2 years. My nail tech "KAREN" is everything!! She has a great personality and will give you what you want. I can show her a picture and she has not failed me on making me look amazing. We create ideas and she works well with her customers. The design below we just came up with the idea together and it turned out amazing. If you want to have a nail tech you can make your nail dreams come true come see Karen but not on my appointment day! LOL! "BA' is also the bomb with the pedicures, he takes pride in giving you a good experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Customer service is great, the service is great I cant complain!! I drive 30mins out of the way for them!
