Horrible. Very rude!! There is only 3-4 people working on a Saturday afternoon. The service is bad. They tell you they can see you but keep saying 15 minutes. I waited over a hour and never got waited on!! Never go here! Go somewhere else that will give you the service you deserve!! Rate them less than 1. Bad service and nails not done good either for the high prices!!

Horrible service. A simple manicure was don horrible. If you want to waste your money you are going to like this place

I'm not from ND and at first I was just thrilled that I found a place that knew how to do back fills in Minot. That being said, I'm not impressed with this place anymore. This place is always packed. I made an appointment, and waited 50 mins past it to get my nails done. No discount, just a very casual, "Thanks for waiting." I'm told even if you have an appointment you will wait like this, so I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment is. Several of the guys who do nails there will take a cigarette break in the middle of doing your nails. One of them has stopped to text message friends on his cell phone while doing my nails. They are not professional. One of the guys jokingly hits on everyone all the time, which is amusing at first but it gets annoying after you've been there a few times. This is not a place where you can go relax in my opinion. Depending on who you get, some of them do a good job, but that all depends on how rushed they are. It seems like every time I go here I leave annoyed or frustrated for one reason or another. I've recently tried another local nail place and was much more satisfied with customer service and quality.
