Worst manicure ever. I’ve never had a dip before and wanted to try it. I hadn’t had my nails done in a while and my cuticles were out of control. She didn’t touch them before she started putting on the base, I stopped her and said I want a full manicure with cuticles trimmed. She said after this... she started putting color on. This was confusing to me because it’s going to look like my nail is growing out. I still waited to see what would happen. Then all of a sudden she said, “they’re dry, you’re good.” I said, “no, my cuticles.” someone else came over and tried to say I didn’t have any to cut... I responded with where I have gone in the past they said mine grow fast and always trim a lot. Anyways... they “trimmed” them and said they would give me a discount. I don’t care about a discount. I don’t want my nails to look like garbage. This discount was nothing - still cost me $35. I will not be back.

0 stars! Worst manicure, I will never go back. As soon as people they knew started walking in they rushed to get my manicure done. My nails are uneven and she didn't completely remove the dip that I had before so they have ridges.

My wife likes them I wish there was alittle more English but its comfortable to sit there waiting on my wife's nails to get done

I am from out of town and I went to Tina’s to get a pedicure and a gel manicure. Everyone was really nice and things started out great. As I was getting my nails done I noticed that they do not scrub out the pedicure stations between customers and Tina rushed on my nails as soon as more customers started walking in. As nice as the people are there, the service was horrible.

Despite reading the reviews before going, i decided to try out Tina's Nails today. I am so glad that I did. I got a pedicure and dip nails. My nails have never looked so good! If you are on the fence, its worth it. And the prices were much better than I've been paying in Des Moines!
