Went in for a pedicure for the first and last time. I was literally out within 20 minutes. When the lady let the water out after about 7 minutes, I asked her if she was done. She doesnt speak English so another lafy answered for her that she wasnt done. Well needless to say 13 minutes later I was walking out the door. I told the lady who could speak English that I was literally in and out in 20 minutes. She talked to the other lady, she then told me that the lady said she took her time. Im like am I the only one who can tell time because she was there by the door the whole time. So she knows when I came and was leaving. Very poor service. I will never ever return and will definately spread the word. So unhappy!!!!!

Literally 2 days later shellac comes off, had yellow discoloration & is bubbled up on one side due to poor application. My nails also were not painted to my cuticle & it already looks like I need the redone. Shape is uneven. Waste of $20. They also aren't very clean and reuse tools on more than one client. The lady who did my nails asked if I wanted acrylic or gel (I kept repeating I just wanted my natural nails painted with gel polish). Then she proceeds to grab the ACRYLIC powder & try to pass it off as "gel nails." Update: day 3, "shellac" has came off two nails already, all have discolored yellowish black & have started lifting.

Don’t go here the guy cut me multiple times and didn’t put a top coat on or anything HORRIBLE!!!!
