if i could rate below a one star i would, worst customer service in a nail salon, wanted long nails, got short nails, they lifted and came off within the first 6 days of having them, not to mention the attitude from the nail tech at desk 10, and highly overpriced. if i’m paying 50-60 dollars for nails they shouldn’t come off or lift period in 6 days, this place shouldn’t be allowed to charge that much for nails to just come off. horrible experience.

It was great. I love their new pedicure chairs. They are extremely clean and sanitary. Ty is excellent.

They take their time. You feel like a real customer. They don't rush you. I'll keep coming back.

Nailed came out bumpy and uneven. Felt rushed, my gel polish was left with massive air bubbles and started to peel away next day. Left globs of acrylic on the underside as well. I asked before hand if they could do the style polish I wanted(black to red ombre) which she stated no problem but when it came down to it I was told she cant and then just winged it. Turned out horrible for the price I paid.. wont go back ever

Never again will I go back to this salon . First he was rude from the very beginning . He didn’t even ask me if what length or shape I wanted he just did his own thing and then he didn’t even talk to me . Then I picked out my colors & was trying to tell him what I wanted & he shook his hand in annoyance & said “tell me later tell me colors now” so I did & then when he got back I tried explaining to him what I wanted & he didn’t even respond to me & so I tried to show him a picture of what I wanted & he said “ I don’t need to see a picture “ first of all the main color I had picked out wasn’t even the color he used but by then my anxiety was so high I didn’t even say anything . Then the glitter I picked out was soooo pretty but for some reason he put black under it & I can barely see the glitter . I cried on my way to my car & in my car . My entire day was ruined . First picture posted is what I wanted , second is what I ended up with . Not even remotely similar .
