This place felt very dirty and uncared for. There were bugs and trash on the ground and I felt so uncomfortable with how dirty the woman's rolling cart of supplies looked that I asked her to stop and walked out. I have had my toes done numerous times and never had an experience where sanitation was such a concern. I asked her if they sterilize or even put the metal tools in a solution because she had been rummaging through different trays on her cart and grabbing random things that did not look clean. Only after asking she opened a pouch with what I would hope were clean instruments. Still, at this point it was too much and i couldn't continue.

This place does a great job with SNS nails. They also have a lot of solar powders to choose from and know a lot of different design techniques. I had them do SNS with faded glitter on the tips and it looked great.

I have been going to Alpha nails at 6301 W Parmer Ln in Austin for many years. My nails alwasy look beautifu. The staff is super friendly and treat me like family. This is the only place I wil go for manicure and pedicures.

It was one of the best nail salons I have been to. The staff are so friendly and talk to you while they are doing your nails unlike most of the others I go to. The place was also very clean and relaxing. I would recommend this to any age.

It’s a nice and clean place. But the service wasn’t that great and wasn’t quite satisfied with it. It was my first time getting my nails done and went for the gel option. The nail technician I️ had didn’t seem to take me that seriously and seemed like she was rushing to get it done. Messed up a few times and tried to have her to fix it, even then there’s air bubbles, cotton strands and other debris that got trapped under the nail polish. On top of that, the color wasn’t what I picked out. Not sure if I️ just came at the wrong time since there was only one person working there.
