If I could give no stars I would. I have been going to pretty nails for several years and never had an issue but today proved their reviews to be true and I will Never be back and will never recommend that people go there. I picked what color I wanted and my daughter noticed that it was not right. The guy doing the pedicure ignored that here was an issue. My daughter asked that they correct it and he said he would have to spend another hour doing it. When I went to pay I stayed that I did not think I should have to pay full price for mine or at all because it was not what I wanted. The girl taking my money was very adminant that I pay $110 because I received a gel pedicure. She did not care that it wasn’t what I wanted. I put $0 for a top because I was treated so poorly and she followed me outside and threw the receipt at me. Talk about customer service at its finest.

WORST EXPERIENCE. While getting a pedicure done today with my mother and I noticed she didn’t get the correct color put on her toes. When I had asked the man to change the color he got mad at us and refused to do so (keep in mind other customers where around us). I told him we would not want to pay for the wrong color and he still was up set and stomped away to get the new color. My momther felt bad so she told me it was okay and we will leave it. The man obviously didn’t want to fix it and was clearly happy when we said she’d leave it. Once we were done and going to pay we had asked the lady if we would have to pay full price consider my mother didn’t get the color she wanted. The lady completely ignored us and gave us our receipt. My mother decided not to give a tip. Once the lady behind the desk saw there was no tip she followed us outside and threw the receipt at my mother. These people were so rude and I will never EVER go back.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a specific person and was refused. I said not all of their workers do a great job and was told to go somewhere else. Then she pointed to a sign saying we reserve the right to refuse service. This is one store I will never go to again and suggest no one else either. Rude, crude and not the way to treat people.

Forgot about how awesome a pedicure can be. Absoulutly made my feet not only pretty but feel 1000% better. Love it! This is the kind of pedicure that makes you feel like a different person. :)
