I originally left them 3 stars because it's a bit pricey. However, after going to multiple other nail salons, I can honestly say this is the best. Their gel polish lasts forever, they are organized, it feels high end, although the prices are high, it's worth paying. I've gone to other nail salons and have always left disappointed. I live on the East side and drive all the way to the West side because they always do great.

I’m not sure why people have received bad service from them. I go here anytime I get my nails done and they do an excellent job!

Terrible service
I called to make sure they were open only to show up and a woman says sorry we're closed like what the heck I just called and she says "maybe you call wrong salon" uhm no I didn't and tried to show her my call log. She was so rude. Don't say your open if your just going to close before your actual closing time. Been there before and my time always feels rushed never relaxing. They do what they feel is best without taking your opinion into consideration and get rude when you try and correct it. Definitely go somewhere else if you want good work.

Horrible service, dirty workspace (towel had stains and food crumbs) and really rough. The gentleman that helped me also used the wrong color for a simple gel manicure to top it off.
Avoid this place at all costs.
