Awesome! I have been here in Kansas for 4 years and have been to many nail shops trying to find the best nail tech who knows what square shaped means. I moved and decided one day to stop into Star Nail hoping this was going to be a good experience. I was wrong, it was a GREAT and AWESOME experience...Chan was TERRIFIC! She offers many services including massages and eyelash services. I have been going to Star Nails and Chan for 4 months and have not been disappointed AT ALL!!!!

The first time and the last time I will be going there. Bad customer service. The lady who did my nails had both communication and attitude problems. Every time I asked her something she asked the owner to tell me what she feels is right for me to do. The massage on the chairs were not working properly. When I asked her to help me with it she told me to ask the owner, she finally asked the owner who just responded with her fingers while that Inshoukd change seats. I changed my seat but still the second chair did not work and I gave up. The equipments were not cleaned after the previous person, therefore not sanitized. I could see some pink things still on the equipment that was used on me. I had no nail polish so it was not from me. The lady did my nails with no patience at all, she filed my nails in a rush. The work was very rough. I feel like I paid 35 dollars but didn’t get the worth of the amount I paid. Attached are pictures of the gel She put on my nails. Pictures were taken immediately after leaving the start nails, in my car. Very disappointed and won’t be going back for sure.
