Any review before this date is a review of the previous owners. As of a few months ago, Regal Nails was taken over by new owners. The couple is friendly and care about their customers. Russell has been doing my nails for about two years now. He has worked at two salons in Meridian and I have followed him to both, because I refuse to use anyone else.
