If I could give this horrid excuse of a nail salon a no-star rating, I would. My first visit was perfectly fine with the basic gel manicure, though the girl who waxed my eyebrows burnt my skin badly. I was bright pink/red for hours afterward and it hurt to touch. The second visit for the usual 2-week fill was AWFUL! There was a man who seemed to know absolutely nothing about what he was doing. Not only did he cut into my cuticle, he messed up on the polish that there were huge gaps between polish and my actual nail on the sides. Instead of stripping it off and starting over, he tried to file my nails skinnier to hide the mistakes.
Once I caught on to what he was doing with the first mistake on one nail, I pulled my hands back and told him he had to redo them-- not file them down to hide it. He said "okay" and went back to trying to file them anyway!! I yanked my hands back and demanded that someone else fix it, I no longer trusted him to do what I asked with the mistake in the first place. Several of the other techs came by one by one, speaking to another and looking at what happened. Seeing that I was right, another took over and started pretty much from the beginning. He shuffled away without so much as an apology.
Thankfully my nails came out okay by the second tech that handled them. I gave her the tip, but I've no idea if it actually went to her or not. I'll never set foot in that place again.

I'm sorry but this is a sorry excuse for a nail salon the staff they have now is not good M the people they have doing pedicures are very lazy at their job You will pay top dollar for a Deluxe and it last 2 and a 1/2 minutes And still walk out with your feet Looking like they haven't been touched the only thing you'll have is new Polish and they can't even get the Color right on that when you pick it out, and its gel. This is really upsetting to know I wasted $73

Wish i would've looked at reviews before coming here. 😣😒rush on nails . N IT was painful. They need to work on satisfying customers instead of rushing trying to get money. NEVER AGAIN. STILL WAITING ON THEN TO ASK IF I WANT WATER

Once was the only place I would go for 3 years. Recommended it to all my friends. After today, I will NEVER go back. I had my nails dipped last week. They were chipping and the top coat was coming off. That is NOT supposed to happen. I called, they said come in and they will fix. Well I get there and got nothing but attitude. She said she will file down and put another coat on. I said no. My nails were jacked up. She walked off. 5 minutes later, she returned and said she didn't have time to dip. I insisted, she told me to get the color, and walked off again. When she finally returned, I said calmly, if she didn't have time to fix it then I will go pay another place to correct it and never come back. Her reply was "if you want to. I try to fix it, I didnt do your nails in the first place. What you want?" I replied "good customer service," and left. I will never be a patron here again. Clearly my business was not wanted. Her behavior was condescending, unprofessional, and straight disrespectful.

I probably will not ever go here again usually this is my go to spot but the last time they did my eyebrows really badly. I got my nails done yesterday and when i look down half of my nails are chipped. I always get my nails done in regular polish because it seems to last longer and not look as dirty as when I get them done in gel. So when I went back in today she said that the longest you usually have regular nail polish for is a day. Which sounds absurd to me and just angrily fixes my nails. They don’t look any better but they lost a customer today
