Polish job was awful, uneven, and all over the cuticle. My nails were rough on the edges from the lack of taking the time to file and smooth. He seemed in a hurry because they were closing in an hour. I will never go back.

If I could give no stars I would! I went in to get a pink and white fill. The lady that did my nails first started to just fill them and I asked if she was going to do the white. She acted like she didn’t know how to do that.
I asked for square and got more of a bubble coffin. When I said again I want square she says “Why didn’t you say so???” I said I did!
Another lady took over she made my nails back to square but had to make them very short to do so. She also took down the bubble. She ended up taking off all the white and had to use nail polish to give me a French tip.
I was charged $32 dollars for sitting for OVER 3 hours to let the first one learn on my time!
1-22-18 from 11am to 2:45pm!

I went into the nail salon and asked to get a polish change and ended up waiting 30 minutes for them to tell me the wait would be long, mind you there were 3 people in the salon and two of the workers were sitting around chatting. The lady then proceeded to tell me there was nobody to file my nails so she didn’t want me to wait after waiting 30 minutes. Worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon don’t waste your time here take a 2 minute drive to serenity nail spa.

Terrible service. I went in for a filling, the guy did not know what he was was doing and a girl had to take over and she did not have a clue what she was doing either. I sat there for over 3 HOURS, just to get a filling. I asked for my nails to be cut shorter and they didn’t listen after telling them multiple times to cut them shorter. Not only was the service terrible but my nails, fell off within 3 days of me going. Never will be going to this place again.

My nails are spectacular!!!! The place is awesome and so was the staff!!!!
