Unprofessional nail techs and terrible customer service. I got my nails filled here spur of the moment (I live in white lake and rarely go to this side of west Bloomfield) because one of mine was broken and I happened to be in the plaza. Up on returning home, I noticed my nails were all different shapes. I called for a refund and the owner told me it was my fault and I should have said something at the time of service and I get no refund. I didn’t notice until I got home and it’s a far drive for me. As someone who has worked in salons as a hair and nail tech, this is very unprofessional service. Will NEVER return

The protective grid on the dryer was missing. They are still allowing customers to use it to dry their nails after a manicure, to my dismay. Highly dangerous and I'm sure illegal.

They do a great job on pedicures & are quick and efficient.

Terrible service!!!!! Most of the woman have attitudes and the men are clueless. On top of that its always 2 to 3 people you have to go thru to get your nails finished and they always break. I dont plan on spending another dime in that establishment!
