So for starters.. her name is Flower.. I showed her a design that I wanted which included rhinestones.. she stated that she only had one shape and size rhinestone but that she would do something I’d like.. okay.. so before I know what’s happening I have a rhinestone flower on my toe.. I tried to like it.. I really did. But when you pay $45 to have your toes done you should love what you leave with. And I was treating myself for my birthday of all days. I came in the next day to have it fixed. She took the rhinestones off and painted clear coat right over where they had been.. you can still see the indents where the rhinestones were and honestly it looks worse now than before. I’m just not sure why she took this route to “fix” the problem.. not to mention I paid extra for the rhinestones and left with none and crappy looking nails. I’m sorta shocked because they have great reviews but I will never go back. Btw in response to your comment back.. I’m pretty sure you’ll go out of business on your own by doing a terrible job on people’s nails.

If I could I would rate zero stars. I went here yesterday for a pedicure and my eyebrows and they let me sit in water for 45 minutes I told them my water was cold and asked would the nail tech be ready nobody said anything I had to get up and leave my toes turned Prume from sitting in the water so long. I will never come back.

Usually go for my eyebrows but went today for my nails. I enjoyed the experience and Kim was very helpful plus my nails look great.

Just moved to town. I tried several nail salons including in Va Beach. I have finally found a home! My nails and toes were done to perfection!
