Terrible experience. I feel bad for the owner because he seemed like a nice guy. But the man who did my pedicure was awful. He looked and acted strung out, he was very rude and rushed my pedicure. He kept hanging his head really low and was very careless with my pedicure. To be completely honest he was scaring me. He didn’t speak to me at all, and his whole energy was very negative. He clipped one of my toes on accident and made me bleed and when I acknowledged it he didn’t even apologize. When another lady came in for a pedicure he sighed and shrugged like he was annoyed he had to do more work. Surprisingly my toes don’t look awful, but they could’ve been done a lot better and with MUCH better service and care. I was very sweet while I was in there and was excited to finally get my toes done, but I couldn’t be more ready to get out of that place. I usually tip decent but I wasn’t planning on tipping him because of his service. But he was hovering over me and making me feel very uncomfortable when I signed. I still gave him a $1 tip and he snatched the ticket and walked away and didn’t say anything. When I left no one said anything to me. This place needs a lot of work. I would not recommend coming here.

My niece, her friend and I arrived at the location signed in and sat down. All seats were filled so we waited. As the seats emptied the workers went to the back, no one acknowledged us. A white female walked in and was seated before us, that is when I let the owner know we were there first, he stated that he would get to us. That is when I told the girls let's go. One thing about me I don't stay where I'm not wanted especially when I'm spending my money.. Racist place and please don't spend your money there. If I could I would give them a BIG ZERO

After a few observations, Ive realized these people are so rude. They don’t know how to speak with customers in a polite manner. It’s always aggressive tones when I’ve been in their shop. This is my final visit.

Not sure who the guy is that always comes from the back, I assure his terrible service, attitude and attention to detail is deplorable!
I still had my old polish left around edges of toes, nipped cuties several times, after I had to ask for cuticle softener. I didn’t even bother getting my nails done, there was no else available to service me. I love the way the young lady does my nails, however I won’t be back. This my second bad experience with this guy.
