Please if you love your hair do not do it with a male hair dresser that works there his name is Jared! I had the most traumatized experience there ! I had highlits in my hair that was a little Brassy I explain to him I would like to take the brassy off and showed him a picture how I woulf like my hair look ! And on the picture that hair had just some highlights on the frame of the face but he told me I would need a baleage he talked like he is the most professional hair dresser like he is the best and talented so I let him do my hair not know exactly what he was doing I was trusting him for doing good ! And then I had the most traumatic experience my hair fell off he color my routes Fire red totally not what I asked for and the rest of my hair was white and eve thing start to come off of my head conclusion I had a beautiful gorgeous volume hair and I lost it I was crying the entire time I was there asking for help and the only think he said to me that he was sorry that the color I asked for was not what I expected! Seriously he is a bad hair dresser I could take him to court if I was this kind that takes people to court . But I am not ! I am emotionally affect this coming weekend is my daughter big ballet recital and I do have the hair I used to have to take my pictures ! It is not about the pictures it is about my hair is a part of me and I am devastated! I ask all of you please if you like your hair never try this man that works there name Jared !

Excellent experiences with both Kristen and with Melanie (my mother went to Melanie). Both were always on time, super friendly, and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
