Rented a piece of equipment from kit-mo in paducah ky. The trailer we also rented from them was undersized for the piece of equipment. Upon returning the rental the wheel on their trailer broke off and flew off the rd and landed in a pond. They sent a guy out to haul the piece of equipment back in and he told us not to worry about stopping it off with fuel because we didn't get a chance to on the way back to the lot, we waded the pond to retrieve the wheel and helped them load and also took there trailer back on 3 tires for them,lost half a day of wages and all the trouble just for them to argue over fuel and not honor what they said. I do not a will not be back due to the customer service!
