I had never had my nails done before, so I had a lot of questions. Apparently neither the man or lady liked me asking questions. My nails were a mess. There were places not paonted! A week later they were coming undone around the edges, & stuff was getting trapped inside my nails. I spent nearly $100 for THIS?? & they have a problem with me asking questions??! Are these places even regulated? I'm going someplace else to have them removed & redone... 10 days after they were done.

I have been there about 5 to 6 times.via spent a lot of money in there...only because i liked the way the young man did my nail shape...i have seen that if others came in they spoke to them offered something to drink..NOT ME NEVER NOT ONCE..so yesterday went in to refill i got snubbed up..by both employees VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ...so we finished i bumped a nail..he came over and just threw some more over it..i told him it looked bad..I GOT INGORED AS HE JUST WALKED AWAY AND LEFT ME STANDING THERE..neither one said nothing 43.00 dollars and i had to have the lady's in Walmart fix it...SO MY REVIEW IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.i will not be back..

1 ⭐️ seems suitable. I'm all for praising and leaving great reviews for companies that deserve it!
I came in for a pedicure, and full set. When I got there they weren't upbeat or vibrant, in fact I think a funeral home could've had more spirit... The guy that did my "pedicure". He did ok cleaning them, but he soaked my feet in barely luke warm water and then rinsed them with ice cold water! 😫 And when I said said he had attitude. The lotion massage sucked. I'm 8 months pregnant, I really really just wanted to have my feet rubbed and he didn't do that, he lightly rubbed my legs for about 2/3 minutes. As far as the finish of color, it looks like I had a good dayI feel like i wasted my time and money. I was going to get a full set for my hands but after the pedicure, I chose not too. Going somewhere else for my full set.
I just wanted to be pampered 😔.
This is why people don't try new places.
