My daughter and I walked in there, they looked at us and continued to work. They didn’t say one moment, what do you need, pick a color, there’s a wait NOTHING. They just never acknowledged us! I’m big on customer service because I’m a good tipper.

This is by far the most unprofessional establishment! They have literally shaved off skin on our pedicure as well as burn my husbands eyelid when getting waxed! This is absolutely not a place that should continue without being inspected and retrained. They deserve NO stars!
When we came to complain they nodded and had us WAIT! Seriously take a seat because we can’t hear you after we burned your eye?!
