I have been going to Nail Time since the day they opened. The shop is super clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love going there.

My daughter and I went to Nail Time for a Back to School mani-pedi and couldn't be happier with the level of service! Vicki and her staff were super friendly and attentive to my daughter and I. The establishment is clean and conveniently located next to Queen of Hearts in case you want to shop after having your nails done. Looking forward to our next visit!

I can’t judge the whole place off one experience but I am not a fan of Nail Time. The girl who did my SNS nails was terrible. I didn’t know it was possible for your nails to look worse after getting them professionally done. She didn’t extend the SNS powder to the bottom of my nail so they already look almost a week grown out and they are so much wider than when I went in. I’m not sure how that is even possible. Not to mention her attitude. She basically told me my natural nail was ugly and went on about how what she was doing looks so much better. What a way to make your client feel good. Then she asked if I was in school and I said no because I graduated from college 5 years ago. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to finish school, get married and have babies. I will never return to this establishment ever again. Terrible customer service and terrible results.

First salon I went to to since I moved from California. They were terrific, very gentle and really clean.
