I felt a little awkward when I first went in. I was only there for my eyebrows. The atmosphere was strange. There was a lounge chair in the eyebrow room that people sleep on. I will say on a good note they did my eyebrows very fast and they look great. However when she was done she said ok I’m done. Never handed me a mirror to check to make sure I was happy. Still tipped well since the job was done well. Just need to clean up a bit.

I find most of the people do nails are way too rough. They cut me and when I ask to take their time and laugh about. I thought I would give them a chance. Daughter home for a few days so my wife and I made an appointment for the three of us during the week. We arrive and place is packed. We waited all day for this time. We remind them of the appointment and are told oh yes, just sit down. People who had nails done are lounging in the pedicure seats, waiting for others. I count 12 people waiting or being served and five workers. Finally after 15 minutes I tell my wife I know the game. Complain and they stick you with your feet in the water for another 45 minutes. So I left them there and decided to go home. Yup. They waited with wet feet for a long, long time. Why even have appointments? Horrendous business operators. Most of these salons do business the exact same way. I guess it is back to giving myself ingrown nails. Never again. Second and last time at this place.

Worst nail place here. Go to Harmony Nails instead.
I had gel nails done less than a week ago. And they already peeled off. I did gel on my hands and normal color on my feet. And my feet are still intact. How can this be?
They filed my nails after the gel had dried from the top part on my nails which I thought was really weird. And they started chipping real quickly after that.
Not only this but they give you an unexpected back massage which I hated from how painful it was and my hand massage hurt as well.
Horrible overall. Not going again. I suggest you do the same.

Had a great experience! They were very friendly and didn't try to up sale me. Fast, efficent, and a great price. Will go back.

I appreciate how accommodating the Gel Nails team is. They always take a consultative approach on color, type of service, etc. Love this place!
