They listen to what you want and do a good job of doing what you want. Technicians vary from good to excellent.
Their hard effort is clear. After trying dozens of places, I am a regular satisfied customer here!

Honest opinion. Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. The owner does some sketchy stuff. The salon isn't cleaned with proper cleaning supplies, and the owner hassles her nail techs to hurry through services. I want to enjoy my nail appointments and not feel like I'm being rushed in and out of the door for a quick buck.

Terrible experience. Granted I did a walk in which I understand I was going to have to wait but when I walked in I was sitting there for 20 MINUTES before someone even acknowledged I was there. After finally asking me what I was looking for they told me the wait was 20 minutes? They weren’t even busy... definitely won’t ever go back to try and spend my money there again.

I like it here, super clean and always gentle. But today I came in for a deluxe pedicure and they lady was on her phone just as much as I was. I've never gotten a pedicure and had the tech on her phone . Super annoying.

I got a pedicure recently and I don't fully trust their sanitized/newly packaged nail kits! It's all used and they stuff it back into the same draws as opened nail kits...my lady was reusing the same tools...My feet still feel rough and I felt rushed the whole time I was trying to relax.
