Really knowledgeable staff in all aspects of healthy lifestyle. Deli has freshly made offerings every day. Healthy options abound. They make their own hummus in many flavors. Huge selection of vitamins, herbal remedies, etc. And very helpful staff in that area. The owner I'd always present and will try to get anything she can that they might not carry.

Interesting shop with lots of health choices. Good customer service. Also, UPS pick up spot.

This place is the best. Had an amazing lunch - tofu and green beans and a carrot ginger juice. It was so tasty. Lovely staff. Great selection of produce, bulk dry goods. Going back next time I'm in town.
