This place is absolutely awful. My sisters and I went in for a simple gel change at 1:17PM and we left at 3:00PM. There was one lady in front of us drying her nails and somehow four people managed to get in front and leave before us. They have no set rotations; they shift from one person filing your nails to another person painting to you having to wait by yourself with hardly anyone checking on you. They are very rushed and very rude. They treat the receptionist as if she is an invalid when she seems to be the most educated one there. He had the receptionist match a color and concluded with "Do YOU get it??" After finally getting me to a chair, the lady next to me asked the man "What happened to the old staff?" Clearly, the old staff was better managed, equipped, and had better customer service skills. This place was so awful that I went back to speak to the owner. He raised his voice and aggressively made excuses to why they took 2 hours. He said that one lady working does not know how to do gel and that was why they rotated. What licensed person working at a nail place does not know how to do gel? He also stated that he didn't know how long we had been waiting, when they have a sign-in sheet. All we wanted was an apology and when we gave him the chance, he yelled "BYEEEE." In all, the owner is the rudest person I have ever met. He has awful customer service skills and with the way this place is run, there is no doubt in my mind they will be out of business in time.
