Went in for a pedicure and a manicure. I have been in the beauty industry 15 years. Never have I paid $67 for someone to do a pedicure that should take 35 min an hour and a half. Didn’t even get to my nails that had been soaking in acetone for over 50 minutes. By that time I had to go. I was just wanting new gel polish on my hands that were manicured the week before. I had to pay for a manicure that I didn’t get. My skin is worse than it was. Cuts all over and sore fingers. Polish won’t adhere because my nails were sitting in acetone for so long. Won’t be back

The staff is Super Awesome! I take my daughter there every other week to get her nails done and today they had two chairs open by each other and Daddy and Baby Girl got a royal treatment!

My daughter and I decided to try a new place so we chose Charm. Worst experience! Staff was rude and seemed annoyed! Staff was sitting around and not communicating with us. When I asked questions they were very rude! Also my sns nails look horrible!

This will always be my go2 nail salon. Great prices and beautiful work!! And it tooke them no time to do it!!💜💜
