Very upset with my recent visit to this spa! Not only was the service bad but the gentleman working while the owners are away on vacation rite now is very rude abd very unprofessional! He did a horrible on my my manicure nail were not evenly shaped I also asked for a simple French tip and the paint was bad was not straight or filled in correctly! As well as my pedicure the man who did it was very nice but the French tip was bad too not straight paint was not cleaned up either and he failed to remove all the gel paint from The previous service. I was extremely unhappy and voiced my opinion to the man when he finished my pedi. He apologized and said I could come back tomorrow as it was already 7:54pm when my arrival time was 5 apt was scheduled for 5:15 and still waited till 540 unill a service even began. He stated if i wasnt happy i could get a refund or go with a diffrent tech. I've been coming here for 2 years at least 2 times a month and never had an issue. The man who did my nails was very rude to me when I asked for a refund he said he could give me back only 15 for the polish or I could let him fix it. Unfortunately I didn't have the time and honestly didn't want his services again .. I asked if I could set up with von he said they were gone and I was stuck with him. I said no thank you and he got upset and said if I wanted a full refund he was gonna cut my nails off and grabbed my hand aggressively and proceeded to cut my nailsand I mean all the way down to my original nails. He then then threw 70$ dwn and I walked out with my girls having to witness this mess!

Happy new year ladies. I went to the only place to get your nails done in Globe. I call ahead for my appointments. I always ask for moon or van. full set white tip... and i wanted them wide square tips 50$. regular gel pedicure, 45. I have absolutely no complaints. Look at my pics.

Got a Mani/Pedi by Van. She's amazing and never disappoints. I showed her a photo of what I wanted & she delivered 🤍💅🏼✨️

The most rude place in town they laugh & talk about customers on their language. 😪 It's convenient because they take walk ins but I will never go back. And they're not cheap. You want to relax but they sound like jungle or a zoo. They expect big cash tips, even they don't do a good job.
